1. Bug fix: Issue where completed tasks that are autocomplete cannot be selected to upload.
2. Bug fix: When site workflow requires alarm comment. If response value is mistyped and triggers an alarm, cannot close alarm window without entering a comment.
3. Bug fix: Date/Time control defaulting to 12:00am when changing date and time at the same time on screen initial load.
4. Bug fix: Issue where users are able to upload a task with a question in alarm and no image, even though image and comment are required.
